Gourmet Restaurant Every year, we like to revisit Sandrine and Nicolas Legrand's hotel-restaurant, a welcoming home where hospitality and cuisine go hand in hand. The dishes are bistro-style and local, well-made and always reinvented to suit the times. Highlights include a fine country terrine, hake and cabbage stew with rouille sétoise, chicken supreme and pea risotto, and apricot puff pastry with orange blossom. Nice selection in the cellar.
