Gault&Millau's review
Original Restaurant Pizzeria cuisine worthy of mention. A parmigiana for starters and a soup of the day to warm up: taste, generosity, warmth. At €19, we choose a Diva - like a Queen - and a Giulietta - spicy salami, truffle and mushroom cream - which are both well made. The products chosen are of the highest quality, and the pizza dough is crisp and fairly light, with a chewy crust. The desserts are light, the tiramisu good and not too sweet, and the tutto pistacchio (ice cream, cream and pistachio chips) a perfect accompaniment to the coffee at the end of the meal. All this in a dynamic atmosphere, with service at a frenetic pace and under subdued lighting.
