Sponsored In the heart of Europe's largest medieval fortress, in the lower part of the château fort de Fougères, built between the 12th and 15th centuries, Patricia and Roland Pohin made their dream and passion for cooking a reality in 2023. Inside this charming building with its stone walls and exposed beams, or on the shady, flower-filled private terrace at the rear of the crêperie, you'll enjoy home-cooked seasonal dishes. These include the galette de la baie with scallops, the galette bretonne with Dinan andouille sausage and apples, the Promenade, an all-buckwheat crêpe made with buckwheat flour, buckwheat honey, buckwheat ice cream and roasted buckwheat seeds, and the unmissable crêpe au caramel beurre salé. All these typically Breton delicacies, crafted with passion and finesse, will awaken your senses. Weekly suggestions are added to the annually reinvented menu.
