Description
Sponsored Chic N'Braisé is first and foremost a family affair. Yanis, a 26-year-old artisan charcuterie-caterer, works with his mother, Yolaine. Together, they cook and serve local, seasonal and, above all, homemade products. Their specialty: Portuguese braised chicken, served with double-cooked fries, Portuguese rice or braised vegetables in summer. "We offer a yellow chicken from the Vendée region, marinated for 24 hours and cut into crapaudine by ourselves, cooked over a wood fire", explains Yanis. The family duo also serves pork ribs and its weekly grill. Based in Carquefou, their foodtruck is open Thursday evenings at Croix-Verte, Saturday evenings at the Housseau traffic circle, and Friday evenings at Place de l'Europe in Saint-Julien-de-Concelles. Since Saturday January 4, 2025, they've also been delighting you at the Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire market on Saturday lunchtimes. Orders are strongly recommended before 8pm (07-61-64-14-64). The foodtruck can be privatized for your events.
