Sponsored Since 1987, the Casa Pastaio restaurant has been cultivating the art of Italian cuisine in Rixheim. David Dagon and Maxime Rigo, childhood friends, have transformed this charming building into a haven of authentic flavors, as Italian cuisine should be! In the kitchen, David sublimates fresh, seasonal produce carefully selected from neighboring farms or imported directly from Italy (PDO-certified raw materials). Mozzarella di buffala, Parma ham, homemade fresh pasta... the menu, regularly renewed, offers original creations and fresh pasta recipes that David suggests according to his inspiration. Maxime, an attentive host, guides guests through the world of Italian wines, unearthed with passion. In summer, you'll find a magnificent wooden terrace where you can enjoy lunch and dinner in a "guinguette" atmosphere, as well as home-made ice creams every afternoon from 2pm to 6pm. The restaurant also offers takeaway sales! It's a lovely place in the heart of the small town of Rixheim.
