A friendly bourgeois restaurant in the suburbs of Mulhouse, with a loyal clientele who know how to find their bearings with a cuisine that is closely followed yet has evolved over time. The setting of this 19th-century house has a certain allure, and the dishes are in keeping with this tradition, with carefully prepared dishes and carefully selected ingredients. Classic wine cellar, including, of course, local wines.
