You're immediately struck by the charm of this pretty house in the center of town, decorated like a private salon, with numerous elements and references, for a cosy atmosphere. The cuisine combines influences from Alsace to the Mediterranean, with a certain balance: akami tuna tartare and crispy sesame cabbage, oven-confit lamb mouse, purple garlic and vegetables, kidneys and sweetbread heart in Madeira, buttered knepfles, poached rhubarb, fresh strawberries and raspberries. Menu €34.
