Sponsored The Mediterranean right before our eyes and within our fork's reach: that's the proposition offered by Bistrot Ginette, located on the port of Sausset-les-Pins. Originally from Marseille, Sandrine Delhoum moved to the heart of this unspoilt, lively village in the summer of 2023, to perpetuate her love of typical cuisine inspired by family recipes. Petit farcis, panisses, red tuna steak with spicy sauce, whelks, Camargue oysters... there's little or nothing missing from this restaurant, which works exclusively from the slate, according to the seasons and the products of eco-responsible local fishing. In addition to this fresh offering, in winter you can enjoy a hearty pot-au-feu or garlic entrecôte, not forgetting Ginette's Marmite (fish soup with blue crab, monkfish, clams, gambas and rouille) or linguine with gambas and their secret sauce... On the terrace, the large root table is ideal for enjoying a moment of serenity and indulgence with family or friends. And in the evenings, regular concerts add a festive air to this warm, traditional establishment.
