Sponsored On the first floor of a half-timbered house, Damien Ronda has created a friendly, gourmet cocoon in light, bright colors, enhanced by a pretty terrace. From breakfast to dinner, with a "canteen" atmosphere for lunch and dinner, and shared moments for snacks and aperitifs, Au Pavillon offers comforting family cuisine based on revisited classics, different every day. "The moments I spent with my grandmother inspired me to create the restaurant's identity," explains Damien, who reinvents blanquette de veau, stuffed mussels and chocolate mousse in two textures. Vegetarian dishes (spelt risotto, homemade granola...) sit alongside inventive snacking, like this hot dog with Kervignac sausage, Relich sauce and onion compote on traditional bread. On Saturday and Sunday, suggestions on the slate await you, as does a mouth-watering brunch: croque-monsieur with andouille sausage, béchamel and Comté cheese, poké bowls, avocado toast or a delicious Breton kebab with confit pig chuck, herbaceous homemade white sauce, all rolled in a galette. Just like home... only better!
