Gourmet Restaurant Away from it all, on a quiet street apart from the traffic, this traditional workshop never disappoints. The technique is mastered, and noble products are the mainstay of the menu, which doesn't prevent the chef from expressing himself: foie gras mi-cuit chutney de figue oignon pain grillé, turbot section cress emulsion, braised veal sweetbread smoked celery purée fava beans carrots apricot rôti jus de veau. Cheeses from Lecoq, lunch menu €23, a bargain for so much cuisine.
