Chef's Restaurant Only insiders know that there's a restaurant there, and that Masahide Ikuta composes there. At the far end of the courtyard, at 93, an elevator takes you to the 5th floor, on the most secret rooftop in Paris. A counter, a few tables, the great glass roof for a rather extraordinary view. The chef sets fire to his Josper, creating melodies that are sure to delight: after hare terrine with foie gras and langoustines in tempura as amusettes, we get down to the nitty-gritty with braising monkfish with rockfish sauce, Groix mussels and prawn bouquets, two-cooked Mesquer pigeon with hibiscus beet and rib of beef with blonde d'Aquitaine. Standard speakeasy fare.
