Transalpine cuisine with a peasant base, perfect for true lovers of the Botte: antipasti, cold meats, penne all'arrabiatta, rigatoni all'amatriciana, tagliatelle with chanterelle mushrooms, classics as well as the impossible to find, Sardinian malloredus with campidanese, orechiette with lamb, linguine with poultry livers....The catalog is extensive, the prices high (everything has to be earned) and the orvieto classico is €39.90.
