Sponsored You Sushi has seven Japanese restaurants in south-western France: one each in Tarbes, Biarritz, Bayonne, Cap-Breton and Saint-Jean-de-Luz, and two in Pau (the historic town that saw the birth of the first chain). Déborah and Arnauld Soubies have pooled their experience in the Japanese restaurant business to reconcile quality and modern service. The two partners create and elaborate their recipes in front of their customers. They focus on the freshness of their dishes, selecting only the very best: organic fruit and vegetables from local market gardeners, French rice from the Camargue and exceptional fish such as sea bream from the Côte d'Azur and salmon from Scotland. The Californian salmon/avocado maki is their signature dish, also available with tuna, shrimp, avocado and/or truffle. A vegetarian version is also available for connoisseurs. Each of our restaurants has a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the best of Japan.
