The spirit of the wine cellar, with its old-fashioned frosted wood and wine-filled shelves, is immediately appealing. The cellar specializes in organic and natural products, with several hundred references on a well-constructed small slate, ideal for enjoying with friends: snail cromesquis and mushroom mesclun, line-caught pollack a la plancha, panaché of root vegetables, fried ravioli with ricotta seaweed, watercress coulis and iodized fumet, confit pig cheeks, creamy sweet potato and chard, spaghetti squash and roasted peanuts, honey-ginger reduced juice.
