Original Restaurant After the departure of Camille Saint Ml'leux, who had taken the house close to the three-toque mark, Montreuil's star restaurant has been given a new lease of life by a young chef, Yaël Demarbre, who arrived last May. Of course, the charm of this cosy villa remains, with its intimate, refined atmosphere and top-quality service. We'll give the new chef some time to make an initial assessment, but the use of fine products - lobster, turbot, sweetbreads - suggests that he'll continue to deliver.
