Gourmet Restaurant After a trip to the four corners of the world, Clément Guyon has returned to his home town to offer his modern vision of local cuisine at affordable prices. His three-course lunch menu, priced at €19.90, is a perfect illustration. The fish of the day, haddock, is aptly accompanied by a lemon emulsion, and the shallot, creamed and then candied, makes for a thoughtful and just plate; for dessert, the half macaroon is covered with a pastry cream, red fruits and figs. Come back in the evening for the €39 menu, with a seasonal vegetable tartlet with a touch of house vinegar, or mackerel fillets with apricot confit. The wine list is short, and the service already very well organized and efficient.
