Gourmet Restaurant In the countryside near Evron, this Relais Campagnard has everything you need for a bucolic weekend. A pretty local stone house, a site with its pond and small birds, a table that stands up well and that we rewarded for its welcome and for the good plate of Anthony Detemmermann, who concentrates his efforts on regional and seasonal production: escargots petits gris from a local farm royale de persil et roquette jus de volaille déglacé au vinaigre, marbré de foie gras de canard dattes medjoul gelée de clémentine au yuzu, magret de canard sauce betterave, fromages de Mayenne, pressé de pomme chantecler crème montée à la vanille de Madagascar sorbet pomme yuzu. Well laid table, classic and varied cellar, good menu at €38.
