Gourmet Restaurant The pretty, fifty-year-old house on the banks of the lake has regenerated itself, with a new team and an already committed chef. Anthony Detemmermann's menu is up to date, if not regionalist, with little use of local resources, except for the cheeses, and a reasonable price (around €50 a la carte and a good €35 menu that includes some of the same elements). In the pleasant contemporary veranda, we appreciate the quality of the work on the mushroom tartlet (cultivated, Paris, shiitake, enoki...), the well-cooked pollack with seasonal vegetables, including endive and orange, and the lemon tart deconstructed in a nod to the 2000s. The wine cellar is wise and varied, nourished by regional and organic produce, with a small selection by the glass and some prestigious 10cl vintages by D-Vine (€28 for a Beychevelle 2015). Traditional service creates a gentle provincial atmosphere, and the welcome from Aurélie, the young owner, shows that you can also do things simply and naturally.
