Gourmet Restaurant The site is superb, on the edge of a 20-hectare pond, and the old mill, run with energy by Quentin Lévêque, also has character. Word of mouth has made the reputation of this quiet, charming place, with the proprietor ensuring day-to-day supplies from local producers who fill the slate according to the season, offering 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts every day (for example, aumônière de boudin noir aux pommes et pommeau, quasi de veau crème de Bon Mayennais, poire pochée façon Belle-Hélène...).
