Gourmet Restaurant At Pointe-Rouge, this question of taste is quickly settled: it's at Vanessa's, skilled hostess and excellent chef, that you should come to taste and enjoy the ideas of the moment, on the hidden menu. Well-crafted seafood, in this intimate atmosphere, with the sun setting on the bow windows or in the contemporary indus' dining room: mousseline de saint-jacques asperges et shiitakés dans une belle texture crémeuse, médaillon de veau rosé, gambas et bisque onctueuse, siphon pommes de terre et sarrasin bien réalisé et copieux, classique fourme d'Ambert et sa mousse avec un chutney de poire, et le pain d'un boulanger de Mazargues, Éric Maurin. Honest strawberry, madeleine and kalamansi dessert with a nice acidity, classic cellar with a small regional selection.
