Chef's Restaurant In the pleasant Saint-Nicolas district, inspired by the immense wealth of the sea, chef Pierre-Arnaud Dupont is constantly renewing his menu, offering seafood and fish freshly selected from local markets, as well as more personal dishes such as "Bouillabaisse de Pier" or pad thai with black tiger shrimp. In the dining room, Anaïs displays the same passion and drive. Crunchy seasonal vegetables accompany octopus chimichurri or red mullet fillets, and meat lovers will be delighted with entrecôte montbéliarde or duck breast with teriyaki jus. Nice selection of organic and natural wines. Fair prices. Pierre-Arnaud Dupont and his wife open a new restaurant in October 2024 in La Rochelle. However, they are keeping their Valenciennes restaurant, with the same cuisine and the same team at the stove.
