Gourmet Restaurant Meat and wine: a familiar concept, but one that works extremely well at this young establishment in the historic center. Beef pavé in a variety of preparations (tataki, pepper sauce, maroilles sauce, chorizo) and accompaniments, tartares or burgers follow the homemade terrine, samossas or platters. To vary the pleasures, there are a few regional dishes, such as carbonade, andouillette de fraise de veau or kidneys. Friendly, dynamic welcome and service, cocktails and beers, small wine list.
