Chef's Restaurant On the corner of rue Guillaume Tell, Petit Gris has become the neighborhood's must-visit bistro, led by Jean-Baptiste Ascione, a young chef with a clear vision in his choices and proposals. In this welcoming dining room made for friends, it's the product that counts, where it comes from and who supplies it. The house version of vitello tonnato, on Basque veal confit with rosemary, tonnato emulsion and wild garlic, is a clever pleasure, as are the agnolotti with mushrooms, or the pork belly with asparagus and black garlic. A small selection of pleasant desserts (white chocolate kiwi profiterole), the five-course Découverte menu costs €80.
