Gourmet Restaurant Nothing changes at Dessirier, and that's just as well. There are no surprises, just the finest oysters, shellfish and fish of the moment. Cadoret, Gillardeau and David Hervé for the signature oysters, well-composed platters, large pieces baked according to arrival. Prices in line with location and reputation.
