What spearheaded bistronomy in the early 2000s remains a decent neighborhood restaurant, relied on for traditional standards without seeking innovation. A refuge of sorts, with onion tatin or duck terrine, rabbit stew with red wine tagliatelle and sage or beef tongue with devil's sauce. The full menu costs €50, but you're in the 17th arrondissement.
