Chef's Restaurant Whether à la carte or à la carte menu, Jason Gouzy's offer is multiplied without losing quality. From €65 and €85 for lunch, to €130 and €150 for dinner, we're getting into areas where the slightest slip-up could ruin the whole affair. But the chef has acquired the necessary mastery, the room isn't very big and the menu structure, with no real choice, makes the execution a little more manageable. Brilliant plates, then, with remarkable products and unexpected combinations: foie gras, quail artichoke and cockles, langoustine beef and carrot, lean leek and pig or lamb chard and peas bear the mark of a personality that is asserting itself. Courteous service without too many manners, a cellar that's not huge, but smart enough with good options and fair prices.
