Description
Sponsored Mélanie and Pierre opened their restaurant Ô Fins Gourmets after a rich career in the restaurant business. In the kitchen, Pierre is happy to offer what he loves: traditional cuisine, often with a modern twist, and always in a locavore spirit. It's all about surprising customers with tastes and flavors they're not used to eating. "I like to play with textures, such as corn, which I sometimes serve creamy, or condiments and seasonings. It's also important to us that the customer enjoys a beautiful table, comfortable seating and a carefully prepared plate". As for Mélanie, she excels in pastry-making, with one principle: respect the original taste of the products. Are you hesitating between fruit and chocolate? Well, the house invites you to taste the Hésitation, a mix of both! Ô Fins Gourmets is also a boutique offering Mélanie's sweet treats to take away, as well as small baskets and dishes on request, and 100% local grocery products. A warm and inviting place where you can take your time and enjoy!
