Chef's Restaurant Chez Mémé, that is to say, Jéjé's, alias Jérôme Benoît, is always happy and unexpected. Underneath the slightly trendy family bistro exterior, there's a lot of craftsmanship and care, in the choice of seasonal produce, Mediterranean fish, as well as in the preparation, which is very much part of a gastro culture, at brasserie prices.
