Gourmet Restaurant On the Artplexe rooftop, on the fourth floor in the heart of Marseille, the view is almost 360°, and you can enjoy an ultra-cool, vintage loft-style setting, with the Eglise des Réformés in the foreground. To fuel this chic and cool experience, Paolo Molinari and Sebastien Misseri have teamed up to create a half-Italian, half-Mexican cuisine. The two native influences co-produce inspired Mediterranean cuisine, with cheddar quesadilla, pico de gallo guacamole, julienne vegetables and jalapeños, gambero rosso carpaccio, smoked yuzu oil, campari gel and hazelnut tarallo crumble, low-temperature confit sea bass fillet, salmorejo, tempura top and roasted tomatoes, beef tartare, wasabi mayonnaise, padano and home fries.
