Original Restaurant The inevitable Tremplin, which is almost superfluous to mention since the whole resort meets there at some point during the day, facing the eggs. The menu is as long as a black runway, featuring just about everything edible in 2024: oysters, seafood, sushi, sashimi, rolls, pizzas, salads, burgers, pastas, pizzas. Service is obviously plentiful, well-trained for the season, and the atmosphere is non-stop.
