Sponsored If your palate likes something new, Le Nature will surprise it. A few months ago, Anthony Paris and his partner Amandine Lefebvre decided to evolve their concept. They now serve traditional cuisine, but always using products sourced from local producers. "We offer suggestions every week, depending on what our partners make available to us. This means we can always be creative, and customers are guaranteed to eat dishes that change very often, so they never get bored, or even discover recipes they're not familiar with", stresses the Chef, who has also launched a range of original burgers, always with this desire to give customers a taste of novelty. Another special feature of the establishment, in keeping with the managers' commitment to responsibility, is the use of returnable wine bottles. A "zero waste" approach to which the team is very committed. Last but not least, the restaurant is plant-filled, creating a serene atmosphere and adding to the pleasure of tasting the dishes.
