The uncluttered, convivial dining room recalls the gentle way of life in the gardens of the South, with wicker chairs, a delicate marriage of white and green, and Arthur's smiling welcome. On the tasting side, it's time to discover or rediscover a cuisine rich in flavors and fragrances, healthy and light. Experienced chef Corto uses fresh produce, works with the seasons and pays homage to the Mediterranean region. Whether on a plate or in sandwiches, on the spot or to take away, everything is homemade, right down to the famous oregano pita bread, with dough that grows overnight and is made in the morning, a guarantee of freshness and quality. Every week, a suggestion dish featuring fresh seasonal produce takes us from the Maghreb to Greece, via Turkey and Lebanon. It's the perfect way to indulge our wanderlust and gourmet cravings!
