Mario and Christine Hakmi, accompanied by their son David, oversee the kitchen, while twin sisters Sarah and Adeline ensure a warm welcome in a friendly atmosphere. A variety of dishes, from homemade pizzas and tasty burgers to meat and fish dishes, are served in one of the restaurant's three dining rooms. Burgers concocted by David and thin-crust pizzas made by Mario, a pizza maker with over 30 years' experience, will delight the taste buds of all gourmets. What's more, a "Worker" menu, prepared by Christine, offers fresh, affordable dishes for lunch. Everything is homemade, with particular attention paid to the local provenance of ingredients, including meat and craft beers. Pizzas and burgers can also be taken away to enjoy at home. At Le Chateaubriand, quality and conviviality are the hallmarks of a memorable culinary experience.
