Gourmet Restaurant It's in this very heart of the restaurant, so well placed that it could be content to serve tartiflette, that a real kitchen has been established, catering to an affluent and varied clientele. It's almost an anomaly, then, to find such a well-ordered menu and such well-crafted dishes, served with efficiency and precision: poached and refreshed Dombes trout, watercress nage réduite, beef and pumpkin spooned with gremolata condiment. The desserts are more conventional, but well-cared-for, and the cellar is not huge, but well-stocked with local produce.
