He then decided to enter the Vatel school.
He did his first internship in the luxury sector at the Sofitel Golfe in Ajaccio. "I was lucky enough to be in the dining room and serve at the Med 7, which brought together six heads of state and government around French President Emmanuel Macron at the Sofitel. Thepressure was on, but I still remember it as a superb dinner."Quentin David returns in 2021, this time as chef de rang.
He returned to the mountains in 2022, where he joined the Hôtel Cœur de Megève. At just 23, he wins the Jeune Talent en Salle Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes trophy, his first award.
