In just a few post-covid years, Julien Gatillon has established his territory and split up his offer with intelligence and precision. A luxury table d'hôte (Nous), a Japanese connoisseur's restaurant (Anata) and, at the same address in the heart of the village, this Vous, which is all about hospitality and conviviality around a precious yet committed cuisine. In an atmosphere of connivance, customers share a beautiful €140, five-course menu featuring a sure technique and fine products from all over: cauliflower with iodized sauce and pike roe, saint-pierre with dill leeks and Maurienne saffron, wagyu chuck in Mondeuse jus, citrus soufflé. Young, up-to-the-minute service and a cellar suited to regional or more adventurous choices.
