Chef's Restaurant A magnificent 4* chalet-hotel-spa in the heart of the Doubs region, set in a landscape of mountains and wilderness. The place is a haven of peace, ideal for a chic, relaxing retreat, where you can pamper yourself, including at the table. Chef Jacques Barnachon upholds the region's finest traditions, using only the most carefully selected products, and is an expert in his repertoire. Depending on taste and budget, you'll be tempted by duck foie gras with Renaudot Montbéliard sausage; pollack with butter, walnut and coriander brandade, green asparagus and yellow wine caramel; rabbit leg marinated in herbs and cooked at 63°C, with peas, fennel and poultry jus; and fir parfait with manjari chocolate ganache, gentian, fir bud extract and gentian freshness.
