Chef's Restaurant In this privileged corner of Franche-Comté, close to the Swiss border and the magnificent scenery around the Saut du Doubs, Hugues Droz treats a loyal and knowledgeable clientele from both cantons. The setting is pleasantly warm, the cellar magnificent (visit by reservation) and the team does everything to make the moment pleasant. In spring, you can enjoy the morel menu, the region's flagship mushroom, and the current compositions are always interesting, whether they come from the land or the sea: asparagus and smoked eel, sturgeon peas abalone mussel juice, pigeon wild garlic and beluga lentils; varied and inventive desserts (banana morel balsamic spice ice cream), efficient and smiling service, rich wine list, from the Jura to the great Bordeaux and Burgundy wines.
