Sponsored "I've always been a cook, it's my greatest passion," says Mélodie Daugy, head of the bistronomic restaurant L'Entracte since May 2021. After completing her studies in the restaurant business, she moved on to establishments run by renowned chefs. Drawing on these experiences, she now offers dishes that she takes pleasure in preparing: seasonal, traditional and unpretentious cuisine. "Using fresh produce, as regional as possible, we can sometimes come up with explosive dishes," she enthuses. Examples: pressed beef shank with Sarawak pepper or cod with crab, ginger, citrus and lemongrass sauce. Two menus are available: lunch (€24 and €35) and dinner (€35). On the wine side, the house offers a selection of exceptional vintages. The decor is warm and industrial, the atmosphere relaxed and professional. On the mezzanine floor, you can enjoy a drink over a charcuterie board, another of the restaurant's specialties. Nice, quiet terrace in summer. The team is guaranteed to be in a good mood!
