Chef's Restaurant A pleasant rustic stopover on the edge of the Morvan region with Laurent Dufour, who will soon be celebrating twenty years in the service of a terroir he loves and brings to life, both on his plates and in his glasses. An attractive menu with mouth-watering dishes based on traditional recipes: the chartreuse of poached trout with herbs, cauliflower tabbouleh and bell pepper coulis, the sympathetic adaptation of cordon bleu on guinea fowl in meurette sauce, or the tournedos of Charolais with morel mushrooms, the vacherin glacé with dark chocolate and amarena cherries make a fine sequence for €53. A well-stocked cellar covering the whole of Burgundy, at rather attractive prices.
