Sponsored Once inside the restaurant, choose your ambiance and let yourself be transported to Morocco, but far from the usual clichés: an authentic Morocco where each region has its own culinary specialties. Sihame and Mohamed Dehmani are keen to help you discover the subtleties of Moroccan gastronomy at its finest. On the menu, in addition to lemon chicken tajines and beef meatballs, you'll find discovery dishes such as seafood pastilla or "Rfissa", a flatbread cut into tagliatelle with chicken sauce and fragrant spices. Vegetarians will appreciate a couscous with caramelized vegetables and condiments adding a touch of crunch. Food and wine pairing is assured with Moroccan vintages including Château Roslane Premier Cru de Meknès, exclusive here. The desserts are an inventive blend of French and Moroccan culture, like the tiramisù revisited with Amlou, the crème brûlée with spices or the oriental ice creams, a pure creative exclusivity of the house.
