Gourmet Restaurant A resto caviste in the vibrant and always lively 9ᵉ, especially as the weather allows the terrace to be taken out onto the sidewalk. Good food, 75% organic, 350 references from independent winemakers, attractive prices (L'Ecu, Ogier, Entrefaux, Taille aux Loups...). And the cuisine doesn't limit itself to simple platters, but offers a real formula that's worth its toque: rack of swordfish marinated in mirin, wakame watermelon with herb sauce, veal walnut with verbena, blueberry pitaya fountain with blackberry sauce. Wide choice by the glass, with references such as Deiss, Gripa and Lambert.
