Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful space at the bottom of a classic building, and regular, uncomplicated success for Maître-Restaurateur Sébastien Guillo, proving that it's enough to keep things simple and good. The clear, traditional menu includes familiar favourites such as beef tongue carpaccio, game terrine, veal liver deglazed with sherry vinegar, paris-brest and Valrhona chocolate tart with blood orange sorbet. Classic cellar at fair prices.
