Gourmet Restaurant The strengths of this welcoming establishment lie in its convenient location on the boulevard, its year-round opening and its cuisine, which is justly regular, well inspired by the region and in the hands of a chef. The chef composes a pleasant daily menu at €35 (parsnip velouté with anchovy and citrus cream, risotto with Arles sausage, pavlova with clementine and tarragon the other day) and offers a well-placed menu without exotic falbalas (good pork terrine, quail flambéed with pastis and Alpilles herbs, full-bodied juice...). Cellar well adapted to regional wines.
