Sponsored If you want to taste the best of Brittany, this is the place to come! Alexandre Fagant and Nelly Blache took over Brasserie la Mine d'Or in April 2023 with the same ambition: to work exclusively with local produce, right down to the drinks. "On the menu, I give pride of place to fish and seafood. Here, it has to be said that we can count on the famous Pénestin mussels! I always serve fresh fish, whole or in portions, with a few seasonal vegetables and/or condiments like Roscoff onions. The idea is to preserve the most natural taste possible. I sometimes like to add influences from my career or travels," confides Alexandre. In the kitchen, he officiates with Donovan, and the duo are happy to please the taste buds of all their customers. Right now, they're thinking about gourmet woks. Try the chipirons à la plancha, a delight for the palate! Desserts are homemade and sublimate the riches of the Breton terroir, like this tiramisù with Plougastel strawberries! In summer, a guinguette area delights families with children. Open non-stop in July and August.
