Description
Sponsored Next door to the Fondation Cartier and the Luxembourg Gardens, this relaxed restaurant welcomes you in a warm and friendly New York brasserie-style dining room with an intimate lounge. Tony Gibierge and Lionel Bondé have come up with an original concept featuring world cuisine at the Konro grill on binchotan charcoal, a charcoal that delicately perfumes grilled foods. Their à la carte tapas menu includes vegetables, meats, fish and desserts. All cooked with binchotan, of course. Passionate about gastronomy and travel, the Chef magnifies his discoveries with an original touch. From South American-influenced dishes such as jalapenos poppers (peppers topped with Saint-Nectaire cheese) or Asian dishes (tsukune satay buckwheat), to more classic dishes like slow-cooked veal at 59° or pommes dauphines, the restaurant's signature dishes. The dishes are cooked to perfection, and the regularly renewed menu is a real surprise for your taste buds every time!
