Le Chamarlenc was created in 2023 thanks in part to the Gault&Millau Jeunes Talents grant.Yohan Delorme set up in the center of Le Puy-en-Velay with the idea of combining his native Auvergne cuisine with his partner's Provencal cuisine. The chef was present at Maison&Objet to answer our questions. In front of the camera, he reveals his little pleasure after a service. A delicacy we all love during the summer.
