Gault&Millau's review 2026

In a small cobbled street in the old town, Yoan and Célia Delorme's restaurant is a real nugget, both discreet and well known to insiders. The address is intimate, a period house with a fresh, contemporary decor: pretty terracotta floor tiles, natural wood, subdued lighting, a few paintings adorning the walls... And on the plate, the work of a former colleague of Florent Pietravalle, who puts his technique and experience at the service of a local cuisine, full of elegance and frankness. Menus range from €47 for lunch to €96 for the tasting menu. Well-chosen wine. Very pleasant service.
