La Scène des Chefs Valrhona reopens its doors for a new 2025 edition. Discover the first part of this chocolate-filled program.

La Scène des Chefs Valrhona is set to reopen its doors for another exceptional season in 2025. Located at 47 rue des Archives in Paris, this space dedicated to sweet creativity promises a series of unique events bringing together the greatest names in patisserie and chocolate. Tastings, meetings and gastronomic performances will punctuate the year in an atmosphere where excellence will be the watchword.

A prestigious program

The sweet season kicks off on Easter weekend, with the arrival of Jérémy Del Val. Champion de France des Desserts in 2014 and former head pastry chef at Dalloyau, he will propose a new creation, specially designed for the occasion.

In May, the Scène des Chefs will honor the Saint-Honoré with Frédéric Cassel and Steven Gérault. A talented duo will revisit this iconic pastry in a chocolate version, and offer a signing of Frédéric Cassel's latest book, specially devoted to this essential French dessert.

In early June, mixology expert Matthias Giroud will take over the premises to present an innovative drinks menu. This daring creator, known for his collaborations with iconic venues such as La Samaritaine, revisits the art of drinks by combining the richness of cocoa.

The month of June will also see the participation of Dorner Frères, up-and-coming figures in Lyon pastry-making. To celebrate the fifth anniversary of their boutique, they will unveil one of their signature pastries in Paris, offering a foretaste of their artisanal expertise and innovative spirit.

Finally, to round off the first half of the year, the Scène des Chefs will welcome Sébastien Vauxion, chef at Sarkara restaurant (4 toques) in Courchevel, on June 27 and 28. A specialist in gourmet desserts, he will be presenting his modern, plant-based vision of patisserie, as a preview to the opening of his first boutique in Annecy.

An exceptional venue for pastry enthusiasts

Much more than just a tasting room, 47 rue des Archives is a veritable laboratory for creativity and sharing. Since its creation, Maison Valrhona has been showcasing the excellence of its craftsmanship and the transmission of pastry-making know-how.

On June 5, an immersive evening will be organized to inaugurate the brand's new drinks menu. Hot chocolates, cocktails infused with cocoa shells and other gustatory experiences await lovers of refined flavours.

And the season is just beginning! La Scène des Chefs will continue its programming in the second half of the year with other not-to-be-missed events, notably in conjunction with the Salon du Chocolat de Paris, scheduled from October 29 to November 2, 2025.
