From Thursday, October 10 to Sunday, October 13, 2024, the Gard will be on gastronomic time. The latest edition of the "Saveurs et Savoirs" festival will bring together top chefs and a host of players from the world of gastronomy.

François-Régis Gaudry is in the news! It's not a radio or TV show, nor a book, but the "Saveurs et Savoirs" festival in Uzès, which he will be presenting again this year. It's an opportunity for the culinary journalist - used to the exercise - to mix gastronomy and culture. He will be joined by such top chefs as Glenn VIel (L'Oustau de Baumanière) and Michel Bras (Suquet à Laguioles).

Alongside the many film screenings, festival-goers will even have the chance to discover La Buvette Pollen, located in the Le Capitole cinema.

In addition to Glenn Viel and Michel Bras, a number of top chefs will be on hand. Matthias Marc, 3 toques at Substance in Paris, Georgiana Viou, 3 toques at Rouge in Nîmes, Stéphanie Le Quellec, 4 toques at La Scène in Paris, Florent Pietravalle, 4 toques at La Mirande in Avignon, Mathieu Vianney, 3 toques at La Mère Brazier in Lyon, and Christophe Michalak and Juan Arbelaez will be taking part in this epicurean feast.
