Michel Sarran x Partouche: united in the service of French excellence
Chef Michel Sarran joins forces with Groupe Partouche to strengthen the culinary offer in casinos, but not only. Find out more about this partnership.
A new collaboration for Michel Sarran! The chef of the eponymous restaurant, crowned with 4 Gault&Millau toques in Toulouse, has just sealed a partnership with the Partouche group, known for owning, among other things, numerous casinos. What is the nature of this partnership? And what role will Michel Sarran play in it?
Reinforcing culinary excellence
Groupe Partouche, which launched its first establishment in 1973, today operates 41 casinos, 1 Parisian club, 12 hotels, 70 restaurants, 2 golf courses and organizes 4,000 events. It's a huge playing field, and one that Michel Sarran intends to take full advantage of to "strengthen culinary excellence and the customer experience within Groupe Partouche establishments".
The chef, well known to the general public, notably for his former role as a jury member on Top Chef and his current appearance on the program La Meilleure Boulangerie de France, will contribute his expertise to "broaden the culinary horizons of the experiences offered to the group's customers, from finger food to the menus" of the various restaurants. The Toulouse-based restaurateur will provide training for the Group's teams and offer his opinion on various events.
The partnership will also be an opportunity to revive Croq'Michel, the chef's croque-monsieur concept that closed its doors a few months ago. "Collaborating with the Partouche Group and its formidable teams is part of a logic whose objective is to work together for entertainment and pleasure," commented Michel Sarran.
"Beyond being a great chef, of whom France is proud, it is the values that Michel Sarran holds dear to his heart that lead us to believe that our partnership will be a long-term one: conviviality, family spirit, the pleasure of giving pleasure to as many people as possible. We're delighted and proud to be working with Michel Sarran," says Fabrice Paire, Chairman of Groupe Partouche's Management Board.
